You do not need to be in Gayndah to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Roll of Honour are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Gayndah, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Before ordering for a guest at Gayndah Grand Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Sending flowers to someone at Gayndah State School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Burnett State College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for St. Joseph's Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at St Matthews Anglican Church Gayndah, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Gayndah Seventh-Day Adventist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Gayndah Uniting Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Burnett Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Gayndah Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
When ordering for a recipient at Gayndah Courthouse, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Burnett Regional Funeral Services before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
For a table booked at Thanom Thai Take-Away, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
