Same-day orders for Mount Buller close at 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Mt Buller Village, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the recipient is staying at Mt Buller Chalet Hotel & Suites, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to Pension Grimus? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Summit Road 5 is the listed address of Mt Buller Chalet Hotel & Suites; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Mansfield Primary School Mount Buller Campus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Mansfield Secondary College Mount Buller Annexe, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at ARV Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Harry Burns, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
