Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Kampung Kiarong. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
If you are sending to a guest of Venice Lodge, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for Datu Ratna Haji Muhammad Jaafar Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Flying Colours Tuition School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at IBTE Business Campus? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Jame'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Surau Asrama Putera, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Surau Asrama Puteri, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to J Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Psychiatry Services, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For someone working at CSPS, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Steamy & Creamy needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
