A florist in Copey handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Address details for Bernardo Ureña should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check with Quetzal Valley Cabins before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at Tami Lodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ecuela La Trinidad, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Alejandro Aguilar Machado, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escuela Pedro Pérez Zeledón is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Iglesia La Trinidad, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Iglesia de Copey de Dota are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Iglesia de La Cima, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Cerro Vueltas Lodge, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a recipient whose address is in El Brujo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a table booked at Alma de Árbol, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
