You do not need to be in Limón to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Cristobal Colón are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monumentos a los Aborígenes in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Limón is 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For an address in Puerto Viejo, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before sending to Clínica CCSS Limón, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For delivery details relating to Clínica CCSS Limón, its listed address is Calle Cocos 1; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Academico de Siquirres? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escuela El Triángulo, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Iglesia Comunitaria Casa de Adoración, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Primer Iglesia Bautista de Limón are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Salón de Asambleas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Vista al Tortuguero before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For flowers addressed to someone at Tribunales de Justicia - I Circuito Judicial de la Zona Atlántica, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
