Send your flower order for Pont-du-Casse online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Pont-du-Casse. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. An address in Résidence Les Érables should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the service takes place at Ancienne église Sainte-Foy-de-Jérusalem, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Centre hospitalier de la Candélie before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
When ordering for a recipient at Pôle techique SDIS 47, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière de Pont du Casse should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Le Bistro Atoto - Deu Nostra Païs, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
