A florist in Tours handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Buste d'Honorat de Bueil de Racan are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Jeanne d'Arc in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Tours is 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For someone in Sainte-Radegonde, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École Primaire Jules Verne, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at École maternelle Paul-Louis Courier? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for École primaire de Clocheville is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Grégoire des Minimes, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Julien, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Église Sainte-Jeanne d'Arc, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Équipe Mobile Liaison Accompagnement calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before placing a workplace order for Palais de Justice, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the destination is in Rochepinard, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Philae Services Funéraires before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. If flowers are going to Cimetière Sainte-Radegonde, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Étape 84 needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
