Send your flower order for Tigwav online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Monument aux Morts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Planning a same-day delivery in Tigwav? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Check that Dovic Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Sending to Hotel Deville? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Lycée Faustin Soulouque? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Calvaire Jésus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Church Apostolique, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Eglise Methodiste, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at By the Sea, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For flowers addressed to someone at Tribunal de Première Instance de Petit-Goâve, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Petit Goave Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
