Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Kavrepalanchok. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Balbhadra Kunwar is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Bichari Pati in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Kavrepalanchok is 14:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the recipient’s address is in Khopasi, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Mystic Mountain Nagarkot, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Club Himalaya, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Dhulikhel Village Resort, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Hotel Mystic Mountain Nagarkot has a listed address of Naldum Rohini Sadak; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for shrikhadpur high school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Panauti English Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Shree Janahit Secondary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Palanchok Bhagawati Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Metra Center, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Shree Naimisharanya Sanskrit Gurukulam, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the hospital’s full address for Health Post, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
When ordering for a recipient at ChaunriDeurali Rural Municipality Office, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Gopal Pokhari.
For a table booked at PANTI COMMUNITY KAULA CHEN, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a recipient at Khopasi Health Post, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at DCWC Community Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
