The same-day ordering cutoff in Hazerswoude-dorp is 14:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Het Oosten, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The street address listed for Hotel Het Oosten is Frankrijklaan 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to De Springplank, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Groene Hart Rijnwoude, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Johannes Postschool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at H.H. Engelbewaarderskerk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at De Korenaar, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Dorpskerk hervormde gemeente, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Klein Giethoorn needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
