Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Sumner. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Pilgrims Rock is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Heathcote War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Clifton.
Sending flowers to someone at Van Asch College (Ko Taku Reo)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Lyttelton Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Heathcote Valley School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at St. Saviour's on Holy Trinity, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Heathcote Valley, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a tribute intended for Lyttelton Catholic and Public Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Chilli Flakes Indian Restaraunt, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
