Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Kirkebygden can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as 22 juli minnesmerke are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Kirkebygden close at 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in Moss og Våler næringspark, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery for Evangeliesenterets bibelskole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Kirkebygden skole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Våk skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Våler kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to NAV Våler (Viken) should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne. Check availability for the product you choose.
