Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Klokkarstua. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Elias Kræmmer are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Mine is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Juveåsen, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery for Svelvik ungdomsskole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Tømmerås skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Steinerskolen i Hurum, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Hurum Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Svelvik kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at ByLab Svelvik, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Verket.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Jølstad begravelsesbyrå, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Dreggen Kro & Vertshus AS, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
