Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Sayh Qatnah is 15:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
A delivery for Abu Zeid Al Riyami Basic Education School For Boys is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Al-Jebel Al-Akhder School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Ibadu Rahman Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Jebel Akhdar Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Masjid al Aynah are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Sama Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Qaryah House, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
