For a recipient in Al Khuwair, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Al Khuwair, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Burjeel Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for N Alkhuwair, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Radisson Blu, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Wanasa Continental Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When a funeral service is held at Al Zawawi Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Caesar Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Sending to a patient at Al Khuwair North Health Center calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Check whether Ministry of health - Medical Registration Section accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Al Khuwair North.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Foodlands Al Khuwair, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A delivery for American British Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
