Send flowers to someone in Masqaṭ without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Harbour Gate are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Al Bustan, retain the locality when filling in the order.
When the recipient is at Badr Al Samaa Hospital - Ruwi, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. If you are sending flowers to someone at Nmc Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
A delivery for Al Asr al Mashriq private school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Al Huda Private School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Indian school Darsait (Junior), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Shiva temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Al Bustan Palace before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Al raffa polyclinic, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Consultative Council of Oman, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the destination is in Haramil, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at ARK Biryani - Abdur Rahman Kalyana Biryani, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Al Falaj Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Sheraton Oman, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
