Send flowers to Colipo from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Dom Nuno Álvares Pereira are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Infante Dom Henrique in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Casal das Cancelas, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Residencial Batalha, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Pensão Gladius, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
A delivery for Escola António Cândido da Encarnação is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escola das Cortes, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Capela de Santa Bárbara are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Capela de Santo Antão, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela de São Bento, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Villa Batalha, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Câmara Municipal da Batalha, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the destination is in Urbanização Fonte de Santo António, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Jota needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
