Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Calitzdorp. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Berghoek should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for The Queen of Calitzdorp, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For delivery details relating to The Queen of Calitzdorp, its listed address is Queen Street 9; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Calitzdorp High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Excelsior VGK Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at NG Kerk - Calitzdorp are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at St Mark's Anglican Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Bergsig, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Dorpshuis, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
