Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Languedoc, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Kylemore, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Banhoek Lodge, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If the recipient is staying at Allée Bleue Estate, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending flowers to Kylemore High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Kylemore Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at New Apolostolic Church Meerlust are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Old Apostolic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Alluvia, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Meerlust Bosbou.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at The Deli, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
