Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Cheonji-dong, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Cheonji-dong, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Sending to New Gyeongnam Tourist Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check that Rok Mountain Villa Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Palace Telkon should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Iyeongjungbangsaseongwa Clinic, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hanilsusan Fish Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
