Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Gongdeok-myeon. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Gongdeok-myeon is 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Inhwa-dong 2-ga, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Useok Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
A delivery for Osannam Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Gongdeok Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Irinam Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Geungnaksa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Mokcheonuseok Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Where the delivery address includes Mokcheon-dong, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
