Send flowers to someone in Jeju-si without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Donam Entrance in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as 도로원표(zpt인증지) are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Jeju-si close at 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For an address in Bonggae-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Ramada City Hall, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A flower order for someone staying at Golden Park Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Donam Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Halla Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Inhwa Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Jejugyogu Donggwang Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Samseonghyeol Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Seomun Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Grand Hyatt Jeju, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
An order for a staff member at Jeju District Court should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Address details for Geonip-dong should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pelicana Chicken, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
