The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Gaeumjeong-dong should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a guest at 25st Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for M stay Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at Toyoko Inn Changwon should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The address given for 25st Hotel is 단정로 25; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Changwon Namsan High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Namsan church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at BETEL CHURCH, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Jillye Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Hanma-eum Chang-won Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Check whether Changwon City Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Where the delivery address includes Oe-dong, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a table booked at soful, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
