For same-day flower delivery in Ungnam-dong, place your order before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Bongam-dong, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check that 25st Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A flower order for someone staying at M stay Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For a guest at Toyoko Inn Changwon, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The street address listed for 25st Hotel is 단정로 25; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Changwon Namsan High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Namsan church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at SANGNAM CHURCH, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at YANGGOK CHURCH, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Hanma-eum Chang-won Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
An order for a staff member at Changwon City Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For someone in Gaeumjeong-dong, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a table booked at soful, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
