Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Sotenas, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. An address in Dammarna should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotell Kungshamn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A flower order for someone staying at Nordens Ark Hotell should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a delivery to a teacher at Bovallstrands skola, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Hunnebostrands skola? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Kungshamnsskolan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Askums kyrka, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Bovallstrands kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Hunnebostrand kyrka are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Caprifol, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending to a workplace such as Kustbevakningen, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a recipient whose address is in Djupedal, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at GRANO, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
