Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Sai Ngam. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ban Noen Samran Rat Witthaya School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Ban Nong Mai Daeng School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Sai Ngam Anuban School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Wat Ban Mai Thai Wang, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Wat Kaeo Chai Mongkhon, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Wat Nong Mai Daeng, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Sai Ngam Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For a recipient at Sai Ngam District Office, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
