The same-day ordering cutoff in Thung Saliam is 14:00, local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. An address in Ban Sam Lang should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Check with Leelavadee Hill Resort before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For flowers addressed to a guest at Thara, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Anuban Thung Saliam School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Ban Hua Fai School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Ban Khlong Sam Ran School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Wat Phiphat Mongkhon are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Wat Thung Saliam, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Chez Pom Baan Suan Resort, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Use the hospital’s full address for Thung Saliam Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For an address in Ban Thai Chana Suek, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Koji Shabu Shabu, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
