Send flowers to Hayward from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Seven Year Sister City Anniversary (Hayward–Funabashi) are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Hayward is 12:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Baumberg, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are sending to a guest of Days Inn by Wyndham Hayward Airport, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Hayward High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Tennyson High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Harder Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Hayward Church of Christ, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Best Western Plus Inn of Hayward before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order for a staff member at Hayward City Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Where the delivery address includes Russell City, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a tribute intended for Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
A delivery timed for a meal at Black Bear Diner needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
