Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Before ordering for a guest at Russell Spinning Mills Dormitory, Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Sending flowers to someone at Dhamsur Government Primary School, Primary school? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Major Afsar Uddin Junior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for No. 47 Kathali Government Girls School, Primary school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Ashraful Qaumi Madrasha Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Baitun Nur Kathali Jame Mosjid, Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Bhaluka Bustand Jame Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotal bilass & LF cafe can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
An order addressed to Bhaluka UNO Office ভালুকা উপজেলা নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা অফিস should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
A delivery timed for a meal at Boishakhi Hotel & Restaurant বৈশাখী হোটেল এন্ড রেস্তুরা needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
