Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Santa fe de bogota online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Busto in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. General Pedro Nel Ospina is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Santa fe de bogota is 15:00, local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Apogeo.
If you are sending flowers to someone at CAMI La Perseverancia, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. A flower order for a recipient at Hospital Universitario San Juan de Dios needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Centro Dermatológico Federico Lleras Acosta, and address the order to the hospital itself. When arranging flowers for CAMI La Perseverancia, note its listed address, Avenida Carrera 5 Carrera 5 No. 33A - 45; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro Sopeña Bogotá Sur, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Jordán de Sajonia? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Salesiano de Leon XIII, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Basílica menor del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at La Porciúncula, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Estelar Suites Jones Hotel Bogotá, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If the recipient works at Palacio de Justicia, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For an address in Bosa Occidental, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Cementerio Central should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Cafeteria La Central, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Mika, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If you are sending to a guest of Viaggio, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
