Same Day Delivery
You can send flowers to someone in Rio Claro even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For delivery on the same day in Rio Claro, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Bambel 2, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Wilson, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Llano Bonito, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela San Ramón is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Bambel 1, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at La Luz del Mundo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Teffany, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Address flowers for someone at INAMU Golfito with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for Bambel 3 should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Q' Delicia, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
