Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in Tung Chung to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Douglas DC-3 “Betsy” in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Tung Chung is 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Tung Chung East, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check with Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at The Silveri Hong Kong-MGallery should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check that Novotel Citygate Hong Kong Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The street address listed for Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel is 航天城東路 Sky City Road East 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Caritas Charles Vath College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for HKFEW Wong Cho Bau Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Tung Chung Catholic School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Hau Wong Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Lo Hon Buddhist Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Po Lin Monastery, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Civil Aviation Department Headquarters should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Tung Chung North.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Basic Bistro, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
