Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monument aux Morts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de tout pouvoir in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or is 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège privé L'Envolée, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at École primaire privée L'Envolée? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to École du Bourg, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de tout pouvoir, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Église Saint-Cyr-et-Sainte-Julitte, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of L'Ermitage, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Centre hospitaliser spécialisé Saint-Cyr, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
A delivery timed for a meal at Le Comptoir de Saint-Cyr needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
