Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
You can order flowers for Villeneuve-sur-Lot online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Georges Leygues are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monument aux Morts in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Villeneuve-sur-Lot close at 16:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Résidence du Radail.
A flower order for someone staying at Ibis should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for La Résidence, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A delivery for Collège Anatole France is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École maternelle Sabine Sicaud, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée agricole privé L'Oustal, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Chapelle de Notre-Dame de Grâce et de Toute-Joie, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Étienne, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Église des Pénitents Blancs are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Moulin de Madame, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Centre médico-psychologique pour enfants, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Mairie de Villeneuve-sur-Lot, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a tribute intended for Cimetière Sainte-Catherine, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at La Pataterie, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
