Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Pintalhos can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Ferreira de Castro are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Casa Paço de Mato should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For a guest at Traços D`Outrora, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Incurso? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Alminhas de Arrifaninha, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Capela Nossa Senhora da Graça, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capela São Bartolomeu, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Solar das Laranjeiras, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For flowers addressed to someone at Junta de Freguesia de Macieira de Cambra, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Colher de Pau, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
