Send flowers to someone in Porza without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Sending to Locanda della masseria? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For an order addressed to Locanda della masseria, the listed location is Via Trevano 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Chiesa dei Santi Bernardino e Martino are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at San Rocco, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Archivio amministrativo comunale di Lugano, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Locanda della masseria needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
