Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For an address in Glyfada, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check with The Westin Athens, Astir Palace Beach Resort before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Sending to Vouliagmeni Suites? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to St Lawrence College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Agios Dionysios, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Agios Ioannis are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Azur Boutique Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Asklepieio Voulas, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For someone in Varkiza, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at o Takis, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
