Same-day orders for Sabana Redonda close at 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes Bajos del Tigre, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a guest at Hotel Las Fresas, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for Escuela La Pradera is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Mons. Delfín Quesada C., write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Iglesia Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Iglesia de Altura are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel El Encuentro, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Address details for La Pradera should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Soda el Buen Sabor, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
