For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the recipient’s address is in Imas I, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Colegio Técnico Profesional Francisco J. Orlich, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Llano Grande, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela San Rafael, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de La Luisa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia de Los Ángeles, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Iglesia de Pueblo Nuevo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Alto Palomo, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before placing a workplace order for Juzgado Contravencional de Sarchí, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When the destination is in La Chanchera, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Dingo's, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
