For delivery on the same day in Tilaran, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When the destination is in La Tejona, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Mary Bar, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Hotel Naralit? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A delivery for Escuela José María Calderón Mayorga is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Río Chiquito, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Liceo Maurilio Alvarado Vargas, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Casa de Paz are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Catedral San Antonio de Padua, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Iglesia Bíblica Emanuel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Guadalupe, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Address flowers for someone at Juzgado Contravencional de Tilarán with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Brisas del Lago needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
