You do not need to be in La Vega to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Fundación Caamaño is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Glorieta Parque Duarte in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Address details for El Vedado should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Use the hospital’s full address for Hospital Traumatológico y Quirúrgico Profesor Juan Bosch, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. For a patient at Centro Médico Baez Soto, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The address for Hospital Traumatológico y Quirúrgico Profesor Juan Bosch is given as Autopista Duarte; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Centro De Formación y Desarrollo Integral Padre Fantino? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Centro Educativo Pontón, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Colegio La Sagrada Familia is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Catedral La Vega are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Iglesia Santo Domingo Sabio, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Salon del Reino, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Gran Jimenoa can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When ordering for a recipient at Junta Central Electoral La Vega, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When the destination is in La Curva, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at The Mexican Burrito, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include plants and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel La Fuente, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If you are sending to a guest of Jarabacua River Club & Resort, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
