Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Acapulco.
For a guest at Aparta hotel Mi Casa, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Bahia Blanca, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending flowers to Escuela Bobita, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Gregorio Luperón, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Liceo Secundario Antorcha del Futuro is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Iglesia Catolica, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Templo Bíblico, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Las Puertas Del Paraiso before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For someone working at Ayuntamiento Municipal, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
An address in Aurora should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Cafe de Paris Bar y Restaurante, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include plants and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
