Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Port Jefferson Station. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Kelli Harkins Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Patriot Rock in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Port Jefferson Station, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Boyle Road Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Comsewogue High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for The Stony Brook School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Greek Orthodox Church of the Assumption are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Full Gospel Christian Center, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to America's Best Value Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Address flowers for someone at Village of Poquott with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a tribute intended for Cedar Hill Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
A delivery timed for a meal at Toast Coffee + Kitchen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
