Same Day Delivery
A florist in Mercurol-Veaunes handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as monument aux morts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Mercurol-Veaunes, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Laye, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery for Collège de l'Hermitage is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at École Mercurol, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Chapelle Saint-Pierre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Étienne, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église Sainte-Anne, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at L'Abricotine, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
An order addressed to Mairie de Mercurol-Veaunes should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For someone in Le Village, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at La Terrine, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
