The same-day ordering cutoff in Chrysi Ammoudia is 14:00, local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
A flower order for someone staying at Porto Thassos Apartments & Studios should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Rastoni Thassos, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If the service takes place at Saint Athanasius Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Saint Charalambos Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Saint George Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Euphoria, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Taverna Panorama, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
