Flower Delivery in Thasos — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Thasos

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Makryammos, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Municipal Port Fund of Thasos, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Dj's Pizzeria, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
