Same Day Delivery
A florist in Meadowbrook Estate handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Constant Spring, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at The Queens School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Calabar High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Immaculate Conception High and Preparatory Schools, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Bethel Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Jamaica Baptist Union Centre, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Trinity Moravian Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at City View Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to Winchester Medical, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Address flowers for someone at Betting, Gaming, & Lottery Commission with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Half Way Tree, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at South Avenue Grill, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
