Local landmarks such as Karl Marx are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. V. I. Lenin is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sarı-Talaa.

A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Nasip Guesthouse, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check that HASIP can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at apartments, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When arranging flowers for Nasip Guesthouse, note its listed address, Жееналиева улица; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Professional Lyceum №52? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at 36 M.Mamaeva, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to 6 "Aral", name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Baitur Rokhman Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at abdul, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Aris with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Nukura Zharma needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
