Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Arthurs Point can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. William Gilbert Rees is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For a recipient whose address is in Boydtown, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a guest at Sofitel Hotel Queenstown, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Heartland Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a service at Queenstown Bible Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Queenstown Masjid, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Haka Lodge Queenstown can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the recipient works at Queenstown Lakes District Council, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Goldfield Heights, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Excuse My Creps - French Crepes needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
