You can send flowers to someone in Karamea even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Before sending flowers to Karamea Area School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Holy Family, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Karamea Village Motel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Riverstone, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
